Francis Foster

Francis joined Carson Kaye as a paralegal in 2024 after completing his LLB at the University of Bristol. His role includes assisting on a wide range of cases, including a VHCC money laundering and insider trading prosecuted by the FCA, serious sexual offences, drugs offences and confiscation proceedings.
His support varies from drafting legal documents, assisting solicitors in their conferences with clients, attending court with counsel, and visiting clients in prison to take instructions.
Francis is also in the process of gaining his Police Station Accreditation and aspires to qualify as a solicitor.
