Aisha Noor

Aisha joined Carson Kaye in May 2024, bringing a diverse background that bridges both business and legal expertise. She holds an MA in Law from the University of Law and a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance. Prior to her legal career, Aisha gained extensive experience having worked in the Middle East in commercial real estate and aviation industry. There she developed expertise in commercial awareness, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and team management.

At Carson Kaye, Aisha plays a key role in supporting Solicitors and clients across a wide range of cases. Her responsibilities include case research and preparation, legal drafting, coordinating conferences,  and taking client instructions. She has contributed to various cases including major organised economic fraud and drug-related offences.

Known for her analytical problem-solving skills, commitment to regulatory compliance, and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, Aisha brings a unique cross-disciplinary approach to the management of her diverse case load.

Aisha is currently pursuing her Police Station Accreditation and is dedicated to qualifying as a Solicitor in the near future.
